America and Idols

January 21st, 2010

I watch all the time at King of Kings International Ministry people being built up to become leaders, ministers, preachers, pastors, and teachers. You name it, God is building up leaders at the ministry. So I come home one Sunday after noon after service and turn on the TV and what do I see? I see a commercial on Fox 2 Detroit. The commercial goes on to say “Are you looking to become an American Idol? If so come try out and let us help you become an American Idol”. Ok as a faithful follower of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ I look into his word and break these things down a bit. First the blatant and the obvious the word Idol. Idol is defined as a false god, an image used as an object of worship, or one that is adored often blindly or excessively. We won’t go into right now why masturbation is considered idolatry as well as lusting that’s for another day. But lets go further Exodus 20:3 says Thou shall have no other gods before me. This is the first part of the ten commandments. Then we can go to Galatians 5:20 where it labels Idolatry as a lust of the flesh and not a part of the fruits of the Spirit.

Ok now we have God’s word on the situation this is where God speaks to me. I look at the TV and hear what they are saying, Satan’s objective is to separate the people from God and worship other things (Idol). He is telling people I will make you an idol. I will make you an image that people will be drawn to and they will become fascinated in you. That’s the world they are so focused on the TV characters being actors, athletes, and musicians that they don’t have any focus on God. I look at what God is doing, raising up leaders for the end time harvest that he is preparing to save while the Church is becoming perfected so the rapture can transpire before the tribulation. So God is pouring his all into people through leaders to reach more souls and Satan has his own camp running to offset peoples focus from the Prince of Peace Jesus Christ.

It’s a shame to see people fall into these traps. I run into a lot of people and the Lord always comes up in my conversation. I don’t get how lightly people take there relationship with God. I don’t get how people can say I know Jesus Christ. My favorite one “Oh yes I am a Christian” while they are puffing on a cigarette”. I hear so many people say they know God and looking for answers but there actions show me something so different. 1 John 2:15 Love not the world neither the things that are in the world, If any man love the world, the love of the  father is not in him. God calls his people to live holy unto him Romans 12. God tells us to love the things he loves hate the things he hates. I never sit with judgment in my soul, I love people a lot. I got saved out of darkens I believe I have seen hell, in my mind I can’t figure out how people say they know God and even give him the glory and act in such a manor that is so far from him. I know what God expects from me and I am no special than any other human being on this earth so I know that he expects the same thing from every human being.

I watch people make money and think that they know God and act in all kinds of sinful. There is a commitment that people need to make to God and the commitment is lacking I see in many people that I meet. It’s God first then everything else in there life. I see people get success and they give God glory and really they aren’t giving God any glory because there life speaks sin to other human beings and at the end of the day they are not helping anybody but to get them closer to hell. It’s a life style that God calls us to live fasting, praying, service unto him. Like it says in Mathew 6:24 Then Jesus said unto his disciples, if any man will come after me, he must deny himself, take up his cross and follow me. This is a powerful scripture and it lets you know that God asks us to commit fully to him. We can never bear the Lords cross but we can bear our own and stand up for righteousness in Jesus Christ. It’s an every minute walk to strive to please God.

My final thoughts on Idolatry and the American Idol are this. Sin separates us from God. It’s just the truth it can take us away from hearing God in the manor that God needs to speak to us. If you can’t hear God clearly then you are jeopardizing the ability to make right decisions and the decisions you make take you either to the narrow path to heaven or the wide path to destruction. See what the enemy is doing in these end times. Repentance is the only prayer that God hears from a sinner that hasn‘t received salvation. Jesus died, was buried and resurrected after 3 days for the forgiveness of sins. If Idolatry or any other sin is taking you from God, fro being in his presence then repent and know that he will forgive. Take up your cross and follow him. See you in eternity forever. God Bless.

Complete in Jesus

September 10th, 2009

Please understand the full repercussions of reaping what you sow and the embodiment of death. The life of a deprived mind without the spirit and also, the process of regeneration of the mind into living righteousness and holy. We are called to live a holy life and Mathew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. Jesus lets us know that we must live according to God‘s standards which are perfect. Perfect in Greek means complete, be ye therefore complete. Jesus came to preach the Gospel of salvation, that we may know how to act as our father wants us to act. Ultimately dieing for remission of our sins and that we may receive the holy ghost to have power in him. We have a piece of God in us with the Holy Ghost. That is our power that is with us and the way to resist sin and live a holy life. The Gospel is death, burial, and resurrection. The death is repentance, burial is the water baptism, and the resurrection is receiving the Holy Ghost. Many people in this world just don’t believe in the church that being Holy Ghost filled evidence of speaking in tongues is real and that does not show belief in Gods word. So your faith would be made void. It say’s believe in him and do the will of our father. The will is in the book and if you don’t believe his every word than there is no possible way to be justified in God’s eyes. 2 Thess. 2-12 That they all might be damned who believe not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. Also John 3 17-18 For God sent not his Son into the world not to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned; but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Romans 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. So if there is no faith in God there would be no justification and therefore you are not saved. God is a Holy God. He is righteousness and expect us to be the same way. Blessings come through obedience and faith in his word. We can only live in righteousness in faith by knowing God. If you don’t have a relationship with God then there is no way to live in the manor God calls us to be. That is perfect, making perfection achievable though it takes time that is were the Lord desires to take all of his people because to become perfect in him means he can take us to heaven at our set point in time. I don’t understand how people can keep a sinful nature and say they walk with Christ. I know when God touched my soul and realized that there was somebody looking out for me that I needed to please him because Jesus is the only reason that I am still living. I gave him my life for I had no idea how to live life on my own. I’m not ashamed nor scared to admit I ask God to direct my every step in life. I follow the unction of the Lords spirit to take me where I need to go. Mat 7: 13-14 Enter ye in at the straight gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life and few there will be that find it. We must always remember that heaven is the narrow gate and that is where we are heading.

Love is such a difficult word to describe. The love of Christ is a word that would be a broad definition. First if you don’t have the love of Christ there is no possible way to love another human being. 1 John 4:8 He that love not knoweth not God, for God is love. So we know God is love. He loved us so much he sent his only Son Jesus to give us remission for our sins and turn to him and live a Godly life again. This is a blessing to our generation after Christ died because in Old Testament times there was no Holy Ghost to help the people. So Jesus was sent down here to suffer he even faced death for us on a cross as well as persecution. He did this so that God’s children could receive how God needed us to live and how he intend humanity to be from the start. Adam fell to sin Jesus cam and did not sin. Jesus came and preached out of love not to condemn but to turn our hearts to God were the true peace and salvation lives. It’s not a lot to give your life to God when you understand the principals of love. A preacher preaches not to condemn but to set free. To give faith to another human being that there is a God that lives in heaven that cared enough for all man kind that we can be forgiven. The human body was made by God therefore who ever you are when you are doing wrong you consciously know you are sinning. Sins upon sins cause anxiety, depression, bondage let legal access to evil sprits in to your souls. Jesus is the deliver the Son of God sent here to bring peace, love, forgiveness, joy and salvation. His love is a hard love a disciplined love a love that brings you to where you surpass evil and protects you from death. A tough love, a kind love, a love that shows that he truly cares. A love that at first brings Godly sorrow but then pure joy and reconciliation in your lives.

John 4:14 This is Jesus “ But whosoever drinketh of the water that I give him shall never thirst; but the water that I give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.”

Welcome to our Holiness Blog, brought to you always by the spirit of the Lord. This is a blog that is inspired by the unction of the Holy Ghost. It’s such an important issue we have going on today. The doctrine of Christ has been changed and turned into the doctrine of Man and of the devil in many church’s that are present in America today.

1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Sprit speaketh expressly, that in the later times some shall depart from the faith giving head to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils.

As a follower of Christ I find it embarrassing for Christian’s that are claimed to be “saved” still running around committing acts of the flesh, that sin’s. It’s such a blow to your spirit when you know the Christ stood for peace, love, righteousness and holiness. Christ had not sinned in his body for he was the son of God, God in the flesh. It’s amazing that we see in scripture many times that we are to live like Christ. Not like Mike, like Christ.

1 Peter 5:10 But the God of all grace, who has called us to his eternal glory by Jesus Christ , after yea have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengththen, and settle you.

This scripture being one of many that lets us know that Christ is working in us to perfect us for the coming of his Glory. He needs us to be prepared for his second coming which could be tomorrow to take us to his inheritance in heaven. As a follower of Christ and witnessing the change that he has taken me through in faith and righteousness I have a hard time believing people are living this book we call the “Truth” that is the Word of God, the Bible. I lived a life of sin probably more sin than the most to be honest, not to glorify but to boldly state the truth. I never walked around claiming Christ and being a disciple or follower of him and was living such a worldly life that would make him sick. Your walk to him starts with repentance which means to turn away. So when you turn away from something are you going back towards it? I think not. To turn away means to go the opposite way. So how can people walk in this holy sanctuary we call a Temple and claim repentance and still be following and chasing the same sin that occurred last year. We called this blog holiness for a reason. It’s a message from God to his people in a time where we need to be prepared for his return. Never have more prophesies taken place in the Bible to show us his return is so close.

So what are we playing around with here? Hell is no joke and being in a body that still thirsts for life is no joke either. There are churches preaching a Gospel that is not the complete Gospel. They are living certain parts of the book but not putting the whole thing into existence in there life and picking and choosing is disobedience. For a God that loves us so much why are we so disobedient to the Lord that put his life on a cross so we could receive the blood of Jesus over our lives and be delivered form death and taken into a kingdom of God that rules and reigns with authority.

Do you know the doctrine of Christ? Are you truly following your calling God placed in your heart? Are you in the Word? There are so many issues that the Church has fallen into a religious spirit and aren’t following Christ like we are called to do. It’s not every Sunday or every other Sunday it’s everyday, every breath we breathe, every step we take. All the time if God is truly in you and touched you then you will feel every bit that is written on this page. If you feel like you can’t seem to live up to a holy clean sanctified life at this time repent and ask the Lord to turn you to where you need to go.

Remember, Christ if you read the Gospel’s came with boldness to deliver people when he preached. He preached out of love for God is love. Though some times it seems as though God asks you to change so much it’s because he loves you and he is your father and the father knows what’s best for you.

When Christ returns are you going to be ready?

Mathew 7 13: “Enter ye in at the straight gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14: Because straight is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it”

Follow the Lord for he is good and always worthy to be praised!

God Bless,

Ryan Froelich
