Strength Management, Real Estate Investor Ryan Froelich While the real estate industry in Michigan has faltered and scores of people have lost their homes, real investor Ryan Froelich is using his newly formed company to help financially empower the general public.

According to Froelich, his company, Strength Management, seeks to provide an opportunity for people to earn a higher interest on their investments in real estate.  Unlike most real estate companies, he targets the general public when looking for investors.

“Our goal is to help people achieve a secure financial future through giving them knowledge of their options in real estate,” said Froelich.

In addition to handling the investment side, Froelich also rehabilitates vacant or dilapidated properties and sells them below retail value.  He, furthermore, provides land contract services.

Ryan founded his company is 2007 after working in the industry for years.  He also has experience working as a property manager.  In addition to receiving some formal training in the real estate field, he says that a lot of his self-education came from reading books by like “Rich Dad, Poor Dad.”

As a Christian, he adds that it is important to be connected to God when dealing with the challenges of the industry.

“When I fist started the business I did not have a lot of direction from God but I had a desire to establish myself financially,” he said.  “But after developing my relationship with God, I see the importance of having integrity because a good name is everything in business.” I seek to make a difference in every area and manor of life. The housing industry is a place were we can impact as well, revitalizing the community one home at a time. Jesus had a passion for humanity and we have that same heart for the Macomb County community."
